The activities of the engineering consultancy office cover a wide range of consulting works and can be summarised as follows:

• Organising training courses for engineers and technicians in various engineering specialities.

• - Review and audit of the central library building design within the Seba’a Abkar Complex, including structural, architectural, electrical, and sanitary plans in 2016.
• - Soil investigations for the road linking Najaf and Karbala (Pilgrims' Road) in 2016.
• - Conducting tests on construction materials and soil for the furnishing and rehabilitation project of Al-Suwayrah Air Base through the contract with the Korean company KAI in 2017, including the establishment of a field laboratory on the project site. These tests included on-site and laboratory soil tests, as well as all structural tests, sand, gravel, mixed gravel, concrete, reinforcement steel, and cement.
• - Inspection of the monitoring system for Nasiriyah Central Prison, including testing servers, connection cables, surveillance cameras, and remote sensors within the prison corridors in 2018.
• - Audit and verification of the plans for the Mizan and Tax Collection project in Karbala Governorate in 2018.
• - Determination and estimation of deviations for the execution of the Babylon Central Prison project in 2018.
• - Design of a multipurpose hall at the College of Arts / University of Baghdad, with an area of 500 m², including structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and sanitary plans in 2018.
• - Review and auditing of the design of the College of Education building / Al-Iraqia University, including structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and sanitary plans in 2019.
• - Assessment of damages and determination of remedial measures for the female students' internal departments building in Al-Waziriyah in 2019.
• - Conducting training courses for engineers in all ministries titled (Engineering Contracts for Construction Projects) and (Construction Project Management) in 2019.
• - Approving the project (Segment of 400 kV towers Al-Nasiriya Thermal – Wasit 400 kV) design for the General Company for Electricity Transmission / Southern Region.
• - Approving the project (Segment of 400 kV towers Al-Nasiriya Thermal – Wasit 400 kV) design for the General Company for Electricity Transmission / Southern Region.
• - Preparation of a technical study for the possible addition of a floor to the College of Arts / Al-Iraqia University
• Execution of structural evaluation work for the completed parts of Ninawa Olympic Stadium with a capacity of (30,000 spectators).
• - Execution of soil investigation works for the project of demolishing and rebuilding four schools in Jalawla / Diyala Governorate.
• - Auditing and approving the engineering plans for the implementation of the 132 kV tower line project Souq Al-Shuyukh – Al-Masb Al-Aam 132 kV.
• - Audit and ratification of the construction project of Set Al-Sham building in Al-Mansour Municipality.
• - Preparation of engineering designs (plans and quantity schedules) for expanding the College of Arts Library / Al-Iraqia University.
• - Conducting a feasibility study for adding a structure on the roof of the third and fifth floors in the College of Law / Al-Iraqia University.
• - Carrying out structural evaluation works for the completed parts of the Nineveh Olympic Stadium with a capacity of 30,000 spectators, along with providing necessary recommendations to complete the work

• - Execution of soil investigation works for the Nasiriyah and Al-Gharaf gas field project.
• - Preparation of a technical report for the ground floor roof of Salah Al-Din Olympic Stadium with a capacity of 30,000 spectators.
• - Preparation of a technical report regarding the replacement of a bridge in the project (Treatment and Paving of the Northern Entrance Road, length 1700m / Amirli).
• - Review and approval of the plans for the tower foundations for the construction of the (Qurna – Rumaila Gas Investment Line) project
• - Field inspections for the construction project of the College of Education / Al-Iraqia University in Saba’a Abkar.
