The College of Engineering at Al-Iraqia University was established to serve as a vital resource for the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, providing Iraqi society with a renewable energy supply of undergraduate and postgraduate graduates in various engineering disciplines.
The College of Engineering has committed itself to upholding the mission of knowledge with integrity and transparency, disseminating the latest advancements to society through continuing education programs and sharing these developments with other government departments by fostering collaborative work. To chart a course for the coming years, the College of Engineering has focused on developing the infrastructure of its laboratories and classrooms according to quality standards, ensuring its recognition in international rankings. Furthermore, the College encourages its faculty to publish in international journals by providing them with both financial and moral support.
The Engineering college at Iraqia University aspires to be the first college in the field of scientific research and intellectual activity and in diverse fields of Engineering, in order to graduate competent and skilled engineers who have the capability to keep up and demonstrate themselves on the work field and cover the needs of the country to engineering competencies to advance the engineering reality to the highest levels.
